Developer mandatory disclosure statement of additional types of costs or fees and material product limitations
Grand Rounds Software, LLC provides Crib Notes™ Version 3.0 as a no-cost upgrade to all current customers with maintenance agreements. New purchases of Crib Notes™ Version 3.0 will be priced at the same price as Crib Notes™ Version 2.6.
In the event that the customer wants to send data (i.e., Transition of Care data) to an outside provider, the recipient will need to provide their own Direct Trust account. There are no new or additional costs within the scope of the certified product as compared to Crib Notes Version 2.6.
Crib Notes™ Version 3.0 includes a basic license fee based upon the Average Daily Census of the unit. In addition, an implementation fee is charged based upon the complexity and needs of the installation. An annual maintenance agreement is required for support and upgrades.
Microsoft SQL Server is required to operate Crib Notes. This is required to be provided by the customer.
