Crib Notes™ Nursing Notes allows nurses to document assessments and create narrative notes with new ease thanks to pre-configured phrases and sentences. Using pull-down lists, nurses select one or more phrases and the system will automatically form complete sentences that can be easily edited and complemented with free text. Approved notes are then automatically time/date stamped.
