Crib Notes™ Software is a complete integrated electronic medical record and database management system for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This "next generation" EMR supports physician admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and structured data collection. Crib Notes™ incorporates bedside data collection by nurses, respiratory therapists and ancillary personnel and includes a system for parent communication. Crib Notes™ also provides tracking and reporting of home cardiorespiratory monitors, out-patient follow-up, quality assurance, patient-centered research, and NICU administration.
